A fountain, mirror and mistmaker

In front of the national gallery and the house of commerce is a huge waterinstallation wich changes form every 10 minutes or so. It has a small layer of water wich creates a mirror effect There are smal holes in the bottom which lets out steam that creats a mist/ fog cloud effect. The large squeare is filled with a few cm of water creating and illusjon of a huge pool. Of course, the mirror pool effect is at its best when there is no wind blowing, like today.
