Eggslut is located within the Cosmopolitan building – we had heard great things and where there 2 minuts before open for breakfast.
Long line, but it moved fast enough. This place does pretty much 4-5 egg dishes and they have the routine down to perfection. Real goos brealfast stuff here – maybe a bit on the pricy side, but still worth it.
that meal there, pic above, will set you back 24$. But super tasty eggs with wagiu.waggu..waiugugu..beef or whatever. some pickled onions and som rucola they had spiced up. Perfect breakfast spot.
that egg smear there.. I did that. for effect – pretty cool if I can say so myself.
