We landed in Bagan after a 15 min stop at He Ho.
This is a very small airport, all bags rolled in manually.
The weather is hot, we have 40-41-42c’s but the humidity is way way lower than Yangon – and thats nice !
Look at that nice pool, excellent – but not cooled down. So pretty hot.
Aung San Suu Kyi, the Nobel peace price recipient that has taken a tremendous fall. Around here just refered to as “the lady”…well well.
Just a few pics, the hotel pool was very nice. But the food we got the first night, when we arrived was not. I had 3 bits of pork in brown black sauce, and have 24 hours of “Bagan belly”, and probably a few more ahead. Urgh!
This is one of the backdrops with low-season travel. Hotels and resorts, this was kinda like a resort, and not staffed 100% and of course, since the amount of people eating there is less – the selection is less. And thigs lay around, in the sun, and turn brown. 🙂
