Not all artist have fancy exibiths, and supporting them is just as important.
This guy had a small selection of different kitchen related stuff, handmade by himself. And the quality was nice enough so I got 2 of them, what-do-you-call-em, things to use when brewing tea. He reminded me of this guy I met in Sicily that also sold handmade stuff…but I have to say that the oil-lamp I bought of him was no way near the quality of this stuff. Ladies market
[edit Trond:] The prices was all up for discussion. You usualy start on 1/3 or a bit higher, and close on just unde 1/2 of asking price. Sometimes cheaper. They woul shout new offers at you as you slowly walked away. 🙂
[edit Trond:] Ladies Market is aprox 600-700 meters. And you do get a lot of the same goods, but I would still say that there is allways something new to – and something you have not seen before. Well worth the walk, and we got some nice and cool gifts along the way. also, if you need some bags and jackets n stuff.. nice place for a deal.
Dinner at Sorabol
We wanted to grill our own food at the table, so we ended up at a Korean restaurant in Mira place 1. The food was very good, and we discovered an extremely good Korean rice wine with ginseng called Bekseju. The staff here were oddly not very happy to have guest though….I think they were worried we wouldn’t leave before they closed….witch we of course did. Continue reading “Dinner at Sorabol”
